Part 4 of a five-part 2015 Mental Illness and Addiction Conversation Series in partnership with the Enoch Pratt Free Library, this community conversation brings together community members and professionals who work at the intersection of criminal justice and public health policy to explore the merits of and pathways to addiction treatment options over incarceration for those who need it.
